Day – 30 – Diamond – Haiku

I came to be a

Diamond, the strongest one!

Just to be broken,

to pieces many

Tiny and Shiny and so

So Pricey! For why?

My strong soul and hide

Is invisible to those

Who seek only shine

Part of my #The100DaysOfPoetryLearning project. You can read all of my poems here.

Today marks one month milestone of it. For the past one month I have wrote one poem for everyday. I never thought I could, but it’s amazing what we can do only if we put our heart in to it.

Haiku – A Japanese verse form most often composed, in English versions, of three unrhymed lines of five, seven, and five syllables.
